     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My timeshare had to go.the mortgage was $475 a month and my maintenance fees were $900 every year. The weight of the timeshare bills had become overwhelming. I tried to book numerous times with no success. They either had no availability or I had to transfer to a different location. It was constant restrictions with my timeshare even though it was sold to me for travel convenience.
I had it for about 3 years and attempted to sell it. That didnâ€™t work and cost me over $1600 trying to. No one told me the mortgage had to paid in full prior to selling it and no one was going to pay off my $26,000 mortgage. I was lied to about the restrictions and I was lied to about the value.
Finally, I went onto Google and found this company. I spoke with Mark for awhile. He explained timeshare contracts are written on the developers favor and close to impossible to validate a breach in contract. I became demotivated since the other 5 exit companies promised me they could cancel my contract due to the breach.
Mark said the actions happening now is the only strategy that has real results. He explained how credit disputes, debt collection verification, and improper handling of my personal information is the most common way to terminate my timeshare contract. Within 30 days the timeshare was removed from all three credit bureaus. I stopped auto pay on my own decision saving the $475 a month.
Pinnacle recovery contacted me amd 5 days later the account was closed amd sent back to the timeshare company. So far Mark has done everything he said was going to happen.
